Exercise

  • I know this is important, for many reasons. I can’t bring myself to do it every single day, so I have some compromises.
  • I walk to work most days, and back, which comes to about 2 miles.
  • Two times per week I have a trainer appointment at the gym for 45 minutes. I joke with him that I want LOW INTENSITY TRAINING as opposed to this high intensity training that is all the rage.
  • I swim once or maybe twice a week. I find it boring and can barely get in 20 minutes, sometimes just 10…but I can feel right away how it builds my shoulders and delts.
