It’s the place to discuss treatments, start conversations, and learn from others. Bipolar Disorder Connect empowers people living with bipolar disorder through sharing experiences and creating a community of support.

The Child & Adolescent Bipolar Foundation (CABF) is a Web-based, nonprofit organization educating families, professionals, and the public about early-onset bipolar disorder. Projects include an on-line learning center with full-text medical journal articles, message boards on topics such as education and treatment, and on-line support groups.

Danny Alberts Foundation supports cutting-edge research in applying mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) in treating bipolar patients with a history of suicidal ideation and attempts. They aim to inform patients, their care providers, and the public about the latest advances in evidence-based treatment options for this debilitating condition. Their current study emphasizes mindfullness meditation as an adjunct to pharmacotherapy.
